LAHORE: Lahore Corps Commander Lieutenant General Sadiq Ali has lauded the role of the Army Medical Coprs in natural calamities and military operations.
Addressing the 5th convocation ceremony of the Combined Military Hospital Lahore Medical College, the lieutenant general said that the Pakistan Army, besides performing its role as the defender of national frontiers, had always been at the forefront in terms of its contribution for national development
He said that physical, mental and social health forms the basis of a strong nation, and provision of appropriate health services to the common man must be a national priority.
He stressed the need to have greater faith in the young ge

m apply their knowledge, and
creativity to achieve optimum effects for national growth.
He appreciated the role of CMH Lahore Medical College in providing quality health education. Later, he awarded degrees and medals among graduates.
