ISLAMABAD: Executive committee of Federal Government Employee’s Housing Foundation has approved the purchase of 20,000 ka
nal land for extension in Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme (BKHS) under joint venture formula.
Sources privy to the development said that the approval was accorded during a meeting held under Housing and Works Secretary Shahrukh Arbab.

g foundation directors attended the meeting. The executive committee jointly approved the purchasing of land at the cost of Rs 4,00,000 per kan
al in Bhara Kahu under a joint venture policy approved by the federal cabinet.
Rs 25,00,000 per kana
l on account of development expenses were approved with the cost of one kanal being 290,000.
