RAWALPINDI: Accountability court of Rawalpindi while giving exemption of one day to model Ayyan ali in currency smuggling case, ordered her to a
ppear before it on the next hearing at every cost.
Judge Muhammad Shiraz Kiani of AC Rawalpindi took up the case against Ayyan Ali for hearing on Thursday.
Ayyan Ali did not a
ppear before the court after four months. During the course of hearing, an assistant counsel of Ayyan Ali took the plea that she is out of country therefore she could not a
ppear in court.
The court ordered t
hat application for exemption of one day in respect of m
odel girl Ayyan Ali be submitted and a written reply on her schedule for retu
rn to Pakistan be also filed.
The court also rejected the plea for exemption in respect of model Ayyan Ali directing t
hat application for exemption of one day is filed. .
Moreover, the judge expressed displeasure over absence of Ayyan Ali. The judge while reprimanding Ayyan’s assistant counsel over the model’s disappearance remarked, “The court should be told when the accused would retu
rn to Pakistan and what her schedule o
f engagements outside the country was. She used to say that she would face the case and would a
ppear in the court.”
The court ordered Ayyan to a
ppear before it on next hearing on June 6 at any cost.
