ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain has signed 28th constitutional
amendment bill reviving
the military
courts across the country.
Sources said that President signed inquiry commission bill 2017 on Friday and thus
the military
courts have now been revived all over the country.
It is pertinent to mention here that 28th constitutional
amendment bill had earlier gotten approved f
rom National Assembly and Sena
te.
